Services Provided by 1st Nurse Legal

1st Nurse Legal will:

• Review the entire medical record.
• Help determine what additional records/documents you need to acquire for completion of a thorough review.
• Create a chronology aimed at establishing patterns of care while also highlighting significant events.
• Analyze adverse events in the context of the entire record.
• Summarize the case and opine on the Standard of Care.
• Additional services as requested.

1st Nurse specializes in defense but will accept complainant cases as well.

1st Nurse also offers forensic analysis of medical records if the possibility or suspicion of a crime exists.
